How does Wild Soul fit?
Our apparel is designed with an athletic, sculpting fit.
Most customers wear their true size. If you're between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns for Store Credit only.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, stains, and pet hair
- Original hang tags must still be attached
An $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Some of our signature styles are restocked, but many collections are released in limited quantities.
If you see something you love, we recommend grabbing it before it's gone.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes.
We offer FREE U.S. shipping on orders of $150 or more.
Shipping rates for all other orders are calculated at checkout.
How do I become a Wild Soul Ambassador?
